Introducing Sardis—an equestrian-inspired community, crafted for those yearning for their perfect nowhere. Nestled within the tranquil embrace of the Chattahoochee Hills, this is where the dream of idyllic living comes to life.

The Sardis Story

Sardis was founded in the spring of 2020 with the vision of creating an equestrian inspired community; comprised of seventeen lots, just 25 miles southwest of the Atlanta airport, nestled within Chattahoochee Hills and two miles from the Serenbe Development, one of the top wellness communities in the country. Designed for urban dwellers in search of their “perfect nowhere”, Sardis offers a place to unwind on weekends (or full-time) without leaving the comforts of sophistication too far behind. 


The Sardis vision symbolizes the evolution of the modern farmhouse archetype, heralding a countryside community where travelers, whether from nearby or afar, can embrace a nature-inspired life from a distinctly elevated perspective. Sardis has been deliberately crafted to provide respite from the urban pressures of everyday life.

In collaboration with land planners, timber specialists, and architects, we've transformed a sprawling canvas of 433 acres into 17 individual lots. These lots are nestled along a picturesque countryside gravel road, bordered by occasional hedges and surrounded by rolling pastures, wildflower fields, majestic white oaks, and towering pines, providing a stunning backdrop for your residence within Sardis.

We've taken great care to preserve the inherent beauty of the rolling hills and native woodlands. This ensures that each home enjoys a sense of seclusion amidst forested filter of privacy. Your lot within Sardis has been meticulously planned to harmonize with nature, offering a unique blend of tranquility and breathtaking scenery.

Our objective is to ensure that each forthcoming home is crafted to blend seamlessly with its natural surroundings. This will be accomplished through a blend of architectural and landscape controls, which will be put in place to preserve the community's unity and enhance its aesthetics. Striking elements such as high-pitched roofs, driveway hedges, and walls of glass will faithfully reflect the communal values. At Sardis, each home will transcend its role as a mere structure; it will stand as a testament to the harmonious interplay between cutting-edge design and the unspoiled beauty of nature. Even the fencing will adhere to stringent standards, guaranteeing consistency and unity throughout the community.

Future Plans: Exciting New Homes to Begin Construction in 2025

We’re thrilled to share plans for two stunning residences at Sardis, set to break ground in early 2025. Thoughtfully designed by Heyward Russel Studio, these homes will feature modern architectural elements that seamlessly blend timeless design with nature-inspired living.


One home will sit gracefully on a 3-acre lot, offering a refined yet intimate retreat. The other will span an expansive 20-acre lot, directly across the street from the new Serenbe farmettes, providing a harmonious connection to the surrounding landscape.

The Sardis Barn, nestled within a 20-acre plot, stands as a beacon of the community's passion and vision. It operates as a boutique, world-class Arabian horse breeding program, offering evenings of wine-tasting, gourmet dinners, and heartfelt events.
